How quickly can care start?
In most cases, care can begin within 24–48 hours of your first call. For urgent post-discharge situations, we work as fast as the same day.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed for home support services. For nursing and clinical care, a referral from a physician or discharge planner is helpful but not required — we can also self-refer.
Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?
Yes — our minimum visit for home support is 3 hours. Nursing visits are billed by the visit or hourly depending on the service type.
Are your caregivers background-checked?
Yes. Every caregiver undergoes a vulnerable sector criminal record check, reference verification, and is personally vetted by our Executive Director before working with any client.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — including Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, and Abbotsford.
