Abraham — Executive Director
Nurse | Over 16 Years in Geriatrics & Dementia Care
Abraham built Nashoba Homecare to reject corporate care shortcuts and keep families together at home. He personally vets every caregiver, shapes every care plan, and remains hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the agency.
His vision: an agency where clinical excellence and genuine human compassion are never traded for profit margins.
Joan, RN BSN — Clinical Director
Registered Nurse licensed in British Columbia with over 15 years of clinical experience across the USA and Canada. Specialist in advanced wound care, post-discharge recovery, and medication reconciliation.
Joan doesn’t just oversee care — she delivers it. She is the clinical backbone of Nashoba Homecare, ensuring every nursing visit is safe, precise, and BCCNM-compliant.
